Prepared off site, finished on site
I build the ETS project from your drawings, device schedule and lighting design, and send it back for a check before site. That way most of the thinking is done before anyone is standing in a half-finished room.
On site I download, test and commission, working through snags on the day, then go through the scenes with you or your client. At the end you get the project file and documentation, so the system isn't tied to one person.
