Complete smart home projects for your home
For self-builds, new homes and renovations on the Isle of Wight, Hampshire and across the south of England. I design the system, build the KNX panel, and set up and commission the lighting control, Wi-Fi, CCTV, door entry and audio/video, then hand it over with the project file and documentation. I can work with your electrician, or bring one in if you need one.

One system, planned together
Lighting control, heating and blinds, the network, cameras, door entry and AV all end up sharing the same house and, usually, the same network. Planning them together means the panel has room for what's coming, the network is sized for the cameras and TVs, and the controls make sense to the people living there.
I design the system and handle setup and commissioning. Cabling and mains work are done by your electrician, or one I bring in, following the design. Install dates are planned and booked ahead.
One point of contact, if you want it. Some clients want one person coordinating the smart home side of the build; others already have an electrician or builder leading. Either works. If you'd like a single point of contact, I can manage it; if your electrician is leading, I fit around them.

Is it only for new builds?
No. New builds and major renovations are the easiest time, because cables go in at first fix. In an existing home, tell me what's there and what you'd like to change, and I'll say what's realistic.
Can you work with my builder or electrician?
Yes. I can work with your electrician, or bring one in if you need one. I'll share the design and device schedule so the cabling goes in right first time.
Do I have to have every part?
No. Have the whole project, or just the parts you need — for example KNX lighting control and a panel build, with the network or AV handled elsewhere.
